The Receive & Renew mini retreat is for you to recharge your energy and remember your intentions. We drop into the spaces where we relax our nervous system, replenish our calm & patience, and reconnect with Spirit, so that we can re-emerge into our everyday lives vibrantly refreshed.

You deserve this short getaway that has lasting effects and will also benefit those around you.

We provide a cacao ceremony, restorative yoga (with props provided), guided meditation and visualization to receive Divine guidance, hands-on energy healing to each participant individually, sound healing,  a message from Spirit channeled through Alise, a relaxing environment away from your everyday, and a small circle of supportive women.

When we (Alise and Lisa) work together, we are guided by Spirit - given the instructions on what to focus on, messages to convey and guided experiences to lead. This retreat was inspired by the thought of women truly needing space to be and deserving to be treated to healing energy, joy & Love.

Note: Refunds will be given for cancellations before April 2nd, 2024. On or after April 2nd, 2024 no refund will be given but the retreat fee is transferable, if there is someone you would like to give your space to.
