I am a London-based movement expert specialising in yoga, mobility training, and calming breath practices. I have a passion for people who want to move and feel better. I am the funder of WorkBalance, a wellbeing project thought to deliver holistic sessions, wellbeing education, and strategy directly to corporate companies and wellness events. ​ I teach private sessions online and in person. Weekly group classes at high-end London boutique studios, organise and teach sell-out international yoga & mindfulness retreats.
