After 16 years of practicing yoga, I decided to share my passion for yoga & traveling to Mexico with others. Whole-Hearted yoga is a Christian yoga company that teaches the physical and mental benefits of yoga. We utilize scripture to create a spiritual aspect and Biblical world view in the practices. My purpose is to challenge, restore & empower women through faith-based yoga classes, workshops, and retreats.

We had a great time. Loved the hotel and the hotel staff! Lori did a great job planning this retreat. There was just the right amount of activity and down time as well as great yoga and a great group of women to share the experience with.

It was a wonderful trip. The accommodations were amazing and the staff went above and beyond! I loved the bike street vendors tour, I didn’t enjoy the party boat excursion, but the people were very kind and I thought the food was good.
Overall, it was a fun experience!

I had a wonderful time, wonderful ladies, Lori is a wonderful trip planner, everything was excellent planned and we just had to relax and have fun. Yoga was top notch, I always learn every time I have yoga classes with Lori. Food was marvelous. I cant wait to our next trip next year!

Lori makes each trip special and unique. Our recent trip to PV was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the service there is the best ever! The food at the hotel and around town is so delicious. The activities were super fun and just the right amount of active time. On my first trip with Lori, I didn’t know anyone and ended making friends for life. And finally, the yoga is so so good. Lori has the best meditations. You will be refreshed and relaxed! I can say enough good things - JUST GO!
