Abigail Boehm CNM, MSN, ERYT, AYS received her Masters degree in Science of Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and has spent many years practicing holistically as a Nurse Midwife. She offers a multidimensional approach to health and wellness by integrating her knowledge of western and eastern health sciences. She blends the mind/ body strategies meditation, yoga, breath work, restorative yoga therapeutics and beginner to advanced asana flow with her knowledge and experience in exercise physiology, brain science, anatomy and physiology, nutrition, body work, sexual health counseling and Ayurveda. This creates a clear, useful, up to date dialogue on healthy and self loving practices with simple, practical suggestions that guide her students to integrate wholesome lifestyle changes into their personal, familial, professional, socio-cultural and spiritual practices. Abigail has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1997 and practicing yoga since her adolescence. Her teaching style is calm, practiced and fun and has been most succinctly described as “going to the heart of yoga.”
