You’ll learn how to make the esoteric practical, accessible, and digestible. Breathwork, asana, partner adjustments, the seasons through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the magic square and the body as a house will all be covered! Kyle and Krissy focus especially on how you can integrate the teachings to live a more harmonious and easy life.
This training counts as 10 hours towards your Katonah Yoga® certification.
