Reclaiming You: When Relationships Ends, frazzle or Life is Shifting is a therapist-led healing group for women navigating relationship endings, separation, or divorce — including those who are still unsure and “in the middle.” This 6–12 week group offers a structured, trauma-informed process designed to help you stabilize your nervous system, process grief and confusion, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with your sense of self without pressure to explain, defend, or make decisions before you’re ready. Through guided discussion, somatic tools, and reflective exercises, you’ll be supported in a safe, contained environment where complexity is honored and nothing about your experience needs to be rushed. The group is offered both in person and online, allowing you to participate in the way that feels most supportive during this season

HI - I’m Charla, and I have walked my own journey that included a divorce after 17 years of marriage and four kids. My heart is to help women restore and reclaim and maintain their sense of agency and health. Life is hard, & relational endings are heartbreaking, co-parenting can be challenging, and moving on painful, so I created this group to create a safe space for women to heal and realign and connect.
A therapist-led healing experience designed to support you through relationship loss with clarity, care, and stability. Participants receive weekly small-group sessions led by a licensed therapist, guided by a trauma-informed curriculum that addresses emotional regulation, identity disruption, boundaries, and self-trust after relational loss. The program includes a comprehensive workbook with reflective exercises, somatic tools, and practical boundary scripts to support integration between sessions. You’ll also have access to both in-person and online group options, allowing you to participate in the way that feels most supportive during this season. Throughout the program, you’ll be held in a contained, confidential environment where complexity is honored, pressure is removed, and healing is allowed to unfold at a steady, grounded pace.
