Jean Papagni is a transformational coach, Family Constellations facilitator, and yoga and meditation teacher who works with individuals and groups in helping them identify and shift the disempowering beliefs and unconscious behavior patterns that no longer serve them, to open doorways to more authentic self expression, freedom and self-love. Jean is a Certified Co-Active Coach through The Co-Active Training Institute, has trained in Family and Systemic Constellations with Dan Cohen, Emily Blefeld and Samvedam Randles, as well as a Reiki Master, and a certified yoga instructor..Jean also is a graduate of The Priestess Path Apprenticeship, a Divine Feminine mystery school founded by ALisa Starkweather. She incorporates practices of presence, energy medicine, sacred ritual, intuition building, meditation, sound healing, conscious movement and breath into all of her work.
Anna Gammal is an inspiring clinical massage therapist, wellness coach, author and speaker, committed to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. Moved from Greece to America at the age of 22, she has channeled her perseverance, warmth, and expertise into becoming a successful serial entrepreneur in the wellness industry, proudly serving her clients for over 25 years. As the founder and owner of Body n’ Beyond Massage Therapy & Wellness in Hopkinton, MA, Anna is passionate about enhancing both physical and emotional well-being.
Anna believes in the profound connection between body, mind, and soul and facilitates her students to embody this philosophy and approach in their professional and personal lives. Gather in community to share intentions and connect in a heart-centered space.
11:00 AM – Embodied Stillness
A gentle movement practice followed by guided meditation to ground and align.
11:45 AM – Family Constellations Overview
Explore the foundational principles of Family Constellations and how ancestral dynamics influence our lives.
12:45 PM – Nourishing Lunch Break
Enjoy time to eat, reflect, and integrate.
1:15 PM – Large Group Constellation & Grounding Meditation
Engage in a powerful experiential session as we witness and participate in a collective constellation process.
3:15 PM – Self-Care Integration
Time to reflect, rest, journal, and gently transition into the evening.
10:00 AM – Embodiment Circle
Drop into the body with mindful movement and presence practices.
10:30 AM – Breath, Movement, and Kundalini Kriya
Ignite inner energy through breathwork and kundalini-inspired movement.
11:00 AM – Guided Meditation: Connecting with the Ancestors
A deeply intuitive meditation to open the channel to ancestral feminine wisdom.
11:30 AM – Journaling
Capture insights and emotional impressions from the morning's journey.
11:45 AM – Community Sharing
Speak from the heart and hold space for one another's reflections and discoveries.
12:45 PM – Snack & Bio Break
Light refreshments and a pause before our closing ritual.
1:00 PM – Sacred Altar Walk
A mindful walking meditation to gather natural elements for your personal ancestral altar.
1:45 PM – Final Circle & Reflection
We gather one last time in circle to share, integrate, and bless the journey we've taken together.
