Music is a universal language. Through it, we have the opportunity to see the world with the eyes we choose. Starting with meditation, the therapist musicians continue with the therapy unfolding melodies that allow us to feel the connection with the elements of nature: earth, fire, air, and water.

Explore the mysteries of Machu Picchu, the magnificent ancient citadel

After an early breakfast, your journey begins with a 1-hour transfer to Ollantaytambo, a 1-hour train ride to Aguas Calientes and a short bus transfer to the legendary Machu Picchu, a place where the ancient and the divine come alive. As you travel along the sacred Willka Mayu river, you will be surrounded by breathtaking views of the wild, majestic mountains, setting the stage for the spiritual awakening ahead. Upon reaching the citadel, feel the reverence in the air as you step onto hallowed ground, where the wisdom of the Inca civilization still lingers. The energy here is palpable, and the sacred site is thought to be built on powerful crystals, aligning with the stars and the cosmos. Guided by Karupureq’s deep mystical knowledge, you will uncover the sacred connections between the stone structures and celestial events, discovering how the Incas built a city not just for the physical world but also to honor the spirits of the Upper World, the Hanan Pacha. At the heart of this journey stands the Temple of the Sun, where you will find intricate altars dedicated to Inti, the Sun God.

After the morning exploring the citadel, enjoy a relaxing stroll through the lush landscapes surrounding Aguas Calientes, where you will experience the vibrant flora and fauna of the high jungle. Visit a serene waterfall, where a picnic lunch will be served, before joining in a ceremony to honor the mountain spirits. Sacred synergy: Chakra healing and Andean Despacho ceremony

Full day wellness activities.

Workshop 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.: A journey into understanding the chakras

Chakras are powerful energy centers located along our body, serving as vital points where physical and mental energies intersect. When these energies flow, we experience a profound sense of freedom and connection in every area of our lives. However, when the chakras are blocked or out of balance, we may encounter pain, limitations, and challenges that affect our overall well-being. Each chakra reflects a unique state of consciousness, influencing how we navigate life's journey. By actively working with these energy centers, we can promote deep personal growth—psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually. Explore the wisdom of the chakras, unlock your inner potential, and experience a transformative journey toward greater harmony, balance, and self-discovery.

Once you've freshened up, get ready for a delicious lunch. In the afternoon you will have the following activities:

Workshop 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Deep chakra healing

In this session, we will experience a chakra healing where you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation and each chakra will be opened, released and healed so that all 7 chakras are spinning and flowing freely.

Ceremony 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Native Despacho

Engage in an ancient ritual that connects you with the Pachamama and the “Apus” (sacred mountains) in a spirit of deep reverence and gratitude. Experience the power of ancestral traditions practiced since time immemorial.

Dinner will be served at the lodge. Afterwards, you can join the following activity:

Guided meditation: 8:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Deeply releasing our limited beliefs and unfurling into our authenticity.

Elevating your sacred self: Ancient ceremonies in mystic temples

After a light breakfast, a short drive brings you to Ñaupa Huaca, one of Peru’s most mystic and lesser-known sites. Here, carved into the bedrock of a shallow cave, you will learn about the Andean worldview of the three realms: the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds. Through the guidance of our tour guides, you will join a sacred ceremony and embark on a shamanic journey into the Middle World, meeting the spirit of the Puma, guardian of nature and the cosmic balance.

Following a nourishing picnic lunch, the day continues with a visit to Ollantaytambo, an ancient ceremonial center steeped in cosmic significance. This place resonates with the energy of the stars, where the Incas left behind astronomical instruments and sacred fountains still flowing with water today, symbolizing fertility and abundance. As you walk through these sacred grounds, you will feel the convergence of divine and earthly energies, and through Karupureq’s insightful guidance, you will uncover the hidden meanings behind this sacred site.

Back to the lodge in time for dinner. Afterwards, you can take part in the following activity:

Guided meditation: 8:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

A guided meditation to integrate all your learnings to deepen your inner wisdom.

Sacred exploration at Sacsayhuaman and the Temple of the Moon

After breakfast, get ready for a 1-hour transfer to Sacsayhuaman, a colossal and awe-inspiring site perched above Cusco, where ancient ceremonies once honored Father Sun, Tayta Inti, and the celestial beings of the Andean pantheon. Standing before the perfectly cut megalithic stones, you will be awestruck by the precision with which the ancients shaped this monumental structure. Karupureq will lead you through the history and mysteries of Sacsayhuaman, revealing the deep spiritual energy that still resonates here today. As you explore this sacred space, you will feel a strong connection to the ancient vibrations of Pachamama, inviting you to tune into the sacred energy beneath your feet. The vastness of the site is humbling and displays their reverence for nature.

After a delicious buffet lunch overlooking a peaceful lakeside, you will visit the Temple of the Moon, a hidden mystic treasure. This site features labyrinthine tunnels and rock-carved altars, a space where ancient Inca mystics once conducted spiritual ceremonies. Here, you will embark on a shamanic journey into the Underworld, connecting with the healing power of Pachamama and the wisdom of Amaru, the sacred serpent spirit of transformation. As you leave this profound experience behind, you will check in at the well-located and cozy Hotel Niños (Fierro) in Cusco. After some time to rest and reflect on the deep spiritual connections you’ve made, we will have a farewell dinner in Cusco, knowing that the magic of the Andes will stay with you long after you leave.
