This was an excellent day's birding trip with David Kowalick. He arrived promptly very early morning, still dark, and we headed off for the day. We visited several sites during the day, from forest, freshwater lakes, heathland to marine wetland and amassed a day list of 100 species. This included some difficult to see species like Owlet-Nightjar, Pallid Cuckoo, Purple-gaped Honey-eater, Shy Heathwren, Yellow Thornbill, Golden-headed Cisticola and Hooded and Scarlet Robins. Very happy with the day and David was great company. Would highly recommend.

Robyn targeted 7 of the WA birds I had not seen and we got 6 which was outstanding. It was a great day out and Robyn is extremely knowledgeable.

Had two daytrips, one in Brisbane with Rob and the other in Cairns with Jen. Both filled with region-specific & endemic birds, including Regent, Satin, Tooth-billed & Golden Bowerbird, Paradise & Victorian Riflebird, both Catbirds, Black Falcon, Sarus Cranes, and so much more. Thank you especially for Rob who made a long drive to find me requested Apostlebirds. I'll definitely travel with them again when I go birding in Australia.

I went out with Rob Morris for a day trip around Brisbane and a little further inland. The day well exceeded my expectations. Rob found me some excellent SE Queensland target birds that I'd hoped for and two or three that I hadn't even considered as possibilities. I would highly recommend Rob Morris if you're looking for a knowledgeable Brisbane area (or beyond) bird guide. He was friendly and easy to get along with and repeatedly demonstrated that you just can't beat having the local knowledge. The day was great value for money, the 'bangs for bucks' ratio way outweighed any consideration of the cost. I will be back in the area again some day, and will hire Rob Morris again, no question. I had a great time with Kris on my birding trip. I got to see around 100 bird species and also live Koalas sleeping and climbing the trees. Many different habitats were visited which provided a good overview of the diuferent areas. Kris is an excellent guide with deep knowledge of birds.
