The first 4 days we will explore Ubud, the spiritual centre of Bali.
The itinerary is to start each day with a Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga class and meditation, to get our body's moving and flowing, then followed by breakfast and a workshop around a specific theme for the day.
Then, in the afternoons we go exploring and enjoy the local culture where you will experience a water blessing ceremony, wonder through the rice fields, visit the famous Yoga Barn (the largest wellness centre in Bali) and enjoy the health cafes and markets along the way.
This Retreat is very much focused on sustainable tourism, so you will be taken to the off-the-beaten-track locations not the main tourist hub of Bali!
The daily schedule outline looks something like this…
- 6-8am - Morning quiet / meditation / sleep in time
- 8am - Yoga class in our own private shala
- 9:30am - Breakfast
- 11am - 1pm - Workshops & healing sessions
- 1pm - Lunch
- 2-5pm - Afternoon excursion / healing session / relaxation time
- 6pm - Dinner
- 9pm - Head to bed / reading / relaxation time
