Our practice space at Kariwak Village is the ajoupa. It's a marvelous open air venue with a towering thatched roof and beautiful hardwood floors surrounded by lush gardens.
After breakfast we'll meet in the ajoupa for an invigorationg hatha flow yoga practice taught by Darcie. One morning Lisa will teach a core-focused meridian yoga class.
You're on your own until mid afternoon to explore the area, have lunch, get a treatment from Lisa (one hour is included in your package), go for a swim, nap in a hammock, walk on the beach. The options are endless and the time is yours to enjoy!
Our afternoon class will be a wonderful way to wind down the day with a cooling, gentle yoga practice and various pranayama (breathing) exercises. Lisa will teach two afternoon classes: one meridian yoga class and one Elemental Balance acupressure self-care class.
Dinner starts at 7:00 p.m., so you'll have the early evening to enjoy as you wish.
