Escape with Megan McCarver for a weekend of yoga, meditation, and rejuvenation at the Land of Medicine Buddha. Located on 108 acres deep within the lush redwoods of the Santa Cruz mountains. Enjoy healthy vegetarian meals, guided meditations, yoga classes, light hiking, and plenty of time to reflect, rest, and rejuvenate.

Single Room

The rooms are LOMB are heavenly and clean.  Snuggled in with the redwoods, the beds are firm, the pillows are supportive,, the sheets are soft and every room has a private bathroom.  All the rooms have heat if needed.

Megan, M.A., C-IAYT, is an expert in teaching wholesome lifestyles to reduce stress and increase mindfulness. In addition to her M. F. C. studies, she has over 1208 hours of formal yoga and meditation training. Megan also is a Co-Director, a faculty member, and Practicum Supervisor at AlcheMe Yoga Therapy School in Irvine, CA. Katsina, B.A., C-IAYT, is a Yoga Therapist, Sound Healer, and Empowered Self Defense Facilitator. Katsina is dedicated to offer tools of empowerment through mental-emotional, physical and spiritual practices.
