Pricing Options

- To reserve a bed, you must register for all the dates

- No camping options available

$1,008 Single Occupancy (Private)

$500 Double Occupancy (1 Roomate)

$200 Commuter (All 3 Days)

$108 1 Day Attendee (Saturday)

* If you can’t afford the registration, there is a waiting list option available in the event that funds become available.

* If you are a commuter for Saturday, please arrive at 8am and collect an itinerary. If you are a commuter that is attending the entire Conference, come by Thursday around 3pm

*** Each bed is provided with a pillow, top and fitted bottom sheet and one blanket. Guests should bring extra blankets as needed. Towels and washcloths are  provided. Bring personal toiletries that are unscented and septic safe. 

REFUND POLICY | CANCELATION FEES

- Registrations are non transferable to other events or people

- Cancellation prior to 30 days or more before the retreat: $100.00 cancellation fee (per reservation).

- Cancellations within 30 days of retreat are non-refundable, non transferable to other events or people.

What To Expect

RefCon Will take place, for the first time ever, in the Pacific Northwest for our annual Refuge Recovery Conference — this year held at the beautiful Dumas Bay Centre near Seattle, Washington.

Join us for a 3-day weekend of recovery, community, and meaningful connection. The schedule includes daily meditations, Refuge Recovery meetings, speakers and activities, with plenty of time to relax and enjoy the peaceful bayfront setting.

What To Bring


  • A variety of loose, comfortable, casual, layered clothing.

  • Outdoor walking shoes, closed toe shoes are recommended.

  • Bring a hat and sunscreen in the spring/summer; rain gear in the fall/winter for outdoor walking. Both will apply to this event.

  • A flashlight for walking to and from your room at night.

  • If you have a CPAP machine, we recommend that you bring enough distilled water for your stay and an extension cord.

  • A watch and alarm clock.

  • Earplugs are a good idea if you are a light sleeper.

  • All bed linens, pillows and towels are provided.

  • Bring any extra pillows or blankets, etc. you may need.

  • Please bring your own zafus, zabutons, cushions and benches if that's how you prefer to meditate. There will be chairs provided. 

  • You may also want to bring a shawl.

  • Bring your own water bottle, you may refill it at designated areas.

  • Toiletries, hairdryers, irons if you need them.

  • There are no laundry facilities so please bring enough clothing for the entire event.

What's included

Meals

You will be served breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals served are healthy fare with vegetarian options. If you cannot eat dairy, eggs or wheat an alternative is provided.

Refreshments

Coffee and tea bar will be provided. Bring your own water bottle, you may refill it at designated areas.
