This trip was incredible start to finish. Everything was very well organized but always felt free, flexible and non-rigid. Food and excursions offered by Pura Vida retreat center exceeded expectations, staff at the property were hardworking, friendly and efficient. Amazing Yoga owners Karen and Sean were welcoming, kind and fun! I can’t wait to do another!

I really enjoyed this Level 1 Reiki training! It was a fun and engaging opportunity to learn more about the history and practice of Reiki. Karen does a beautiful job a leading the group discussion and creating a safe, inviting and fun atmosphere for all participating! We did actually get a lot of hands on expereince and demonstrations working with the other students in the class. I left with a lot more knowledge and expereince than I thought possible in a one-day training! And, if I am feeling inspired to keep studying on my own time, we also went home with a thick spiral-bound training manual to study on our own, included as part of the training. Karen has a great energy and love for Reiki and she made this training fun and insteresting!

Karen’s reiki training was truly an amazing experience. She was unbelievably warm, knowledgeable, kind and ensured participants got the most out of the training. I highly recommend this training for one who is looking to expand their knowledge of reiki and begin practicing.

The combination of the natural world, yoga practices 2x a day, and organic hyperlocal food creates an atmosphere for deep connection with your personal self.
