Reiki is a simple and effective form of hands-on healing that uses Universal Life Energy to help dissolve problems in the body, mind, and spirit. This gentle, non-invasive holistic healing practice dates back centuries to ancient cultures in Egypt, Japan, and India.

Reiki energy has several effects:

- It brings about deep relaxation (one of my clients calls it a spiritual massage)

- It destroys energy blockages- you know those blockages that make you feel stuck, unmotivated, and not able to have the energy or ability to manifest what you want?

- Detoxifies the system- just like you do physical detoxes for your body and well-being, you also need an energy detox.

Reiki 1

This workshop will prepare you to perform Reiki on yourself, your friends and family and on plants and animals.

This full-day workshop is packed with everything you need to perform Reiki:

• History of Usui Reiki
• Reiki Principles & Philosophy
• Ethics
• Energy healing including the chakra system
• Self Care Techniques to guard and protect your own energy (esp if you're an Empath)
• Marketing techniques to begin Marketing your practice before you build it. 

Reiki 2 builds upon Reiki level 1 training. 

• Learn the Reiki symbols, how to draw them, and how to use them in your healing sessions to make the session even more powerful
• Learn five methods of absentee/distant healing to give Reiki to anyone around the world.
• Learn how to empower your goals with Reiki.
• Learn 3 powerful Reiki Chakra meditations. Reiki downloadable online guided meditations. 
• Receive a level 2 attunement that allows you to give Reiki at a higher level than Reiki 2
• Learn more advanced marketing techniques to perform at this level. 
• Reiki 2 Online Training Video series.

This training allows you to perform Reiki on friends and family as well as distance Reiki for people anywhere around the world.

I've had almost 20 years of honing in on the art of reiki, and I find great honor and joy in teaching others how to harness this powerful gift as well. Like all of my training sessions, these two sessions will be small, personalized trainings (with a maximum of 10 students). And although the trainings take place in groups, you will feel like you're having a 1-on-1 reiki experience. FREQUENTLY ASKED REIKI QUESTIONS

Q: What can I expect during a Reiki session?

A:  During your Reiki session, you will lie down on a massage table, fully clothed. While you listen to relaxing music, the Reiki practitioner will place her hands gently on your body in, non-intrusive positions.   The practitioner channels the Universal Life Energy through her hands into your body and energy field. The energy is guided to where she feels it needs to go or wherever you are feeling pain or discomfort. Individuals usually feel relaxed after a session and the balancing energies may continue to work after the session is completed.

Q: How does Reiki heal?

A: Reiki heals by flowing through the affected areas of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. Reiki raises the vibratory level of the energy field in the physical body where any negative energy is attached. The negative energy is dissolved and the energy pathways are healed, allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.

Q: Is Reiki a type of massage?

A: No. Reiki is not massage. Reiki is a gentle and safe laying-on of hands technique whereas massage involves the manipulation of body tissues. The Reiki practitioner does not have to physically touch your body for it to work.

Q: Do I need a certain number of Reiki sessions?

A:  No, however, the practitioner may suggest a certain number of sessions, based on your individual’s needs. I usually recommend at least 4 sessions once a week initially, and then we design a personalized treatment plan that is best for you.
