DAY 2 - Start your day with breakfast, mouth-watering fresh fruit, juices, and local treats that nourish your belly. The flavors will dance on your tongue and, best of all, you don't have to lift a finger to make a thing. After your satisfying meal, you’ll enjoy a pampering day creating self-care treatments and resting. Aaahhh. This is how a Black Woman deserves to be treated, right?!

As you relax and settle into the fact that you’re actually in Puerto Rico steps away from the Caribbean ocean (pinch me!), you’ll step into your first Black Women Journal Sister Circle. Inside the sacred space, you begin to uncover pathways to blissful living as you redefine the meaning of self care. You’ll be surprised to learn that self-care is not something you buy or do that exists outside of yourself, but rather a way of being in relationship with yourself.

After the first  workshop, spend a majority of your afternoon relaxing, unplugging, and decompressing. It’s the kind of quiet time you don’t get enough of at home.  

The rest of the evening is exploring local shops, finding hidden treasure, and trying out local food and drink.

DAY 3 - During this week we’ll teach you ways to tap into your divine feminine energy by helping you master the art of receiving and allowing. Today, you’ll put that into practice through a powerful sound healing experience.

In this sound healing session, live instruments wash over you and you’ll naturally drift into a deep meditation and reconnect to a deeper part of yourself. Think about how your favorite song can change your mood. Well, sound healing is a little like that.

We’re so excited to share this one of a kind experience.  Sound healing is a scientifically proven ancient therapeutic and restorative methodology. You’ll get out of your head, into your body, and access deep inner freedom, self-love, and acceptance. At a minimum you’ll walk away feeling less stressed and more relaxed. And if you’re open to going deeper, it’s possible to tap into your spiritual divinity in a more profound way. 

The rest of the day is YOURS to linger in the high vibes. Nap. Rest. Restore. Reconnect to yourself. The point is you get to do WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. 

DAY Four  -  You’re relaxing and releasing and having  fun. Rest and  adventure fills your days. After a delicious breakfast, you’ll experience the most iconic  parts of Puerto Rico beautiful rain forest; the infamous coffee farms, and so much more. Grab your hat, sunglasses, and camera. 

Return to your villa and rest from your morning outing. Spend your afternoon reflecting. Maybe you share your intentions with your new sister-friends or relax poolside journaling what you want your life to look like. Or if you feel a little tired, take a midday guilt-free nap.

In the evening, you’ll head out to a cultural dinner

This final day is YOURS to explore and enjoy as you wish. What can you do? Wander around Palmas, take a  nap, go to the beach, relax poolside, or take a Tour.

End the last day together, in a sacred ceremony wearing white, for a special farewell dinner. Let’s toast to awakening your Divine Feminine and reclaiming your power.

You’ll never forget the memories and sisterhood you had this week in Puerto Rico. After breakfast, you'll check out by 11 am, then depart for the International Airport. in San Juan. 

As you say goodbye to this beautiful and rich island nation, you now feel more balanced, more peaceful, calmer, and more powerful.   Follow your intuition and take inspired action this coming year. That will lead you to experience more love, beauty, and abundance than you had before. 

You’ll always remember the way you felt during your meditation times, at yoga practices, during your sound healing, and under the healing waters. You felt restored, whole and balanced, and take those feelings back home with you. Now, you also have tools to support your new way of being.  You’re unapologetic about self-care ,rest, and pleasure being your top priorities.
