About this trip

Relax in this secluded retreat centre setting in a hilltop position with magnificent views overlooking forests, vineyards, olive groves and mountains in the distance. The centre is ideally located 15 minutes from Lucca, 35 minutes from Pisa, 1.5 hours from both Florence and the breathtaking Cinque Terre region, making it the perfect base to explore Tuscany & Liguria. Enjoy 2 meditation/yoga practices each day, delicious vegetarian meals prepared by our chef, wood fired pizza oven, outdoor terrace for al fresco dining, swimming pool & sauna. Optional excursions include hiking Cinque Terre, bike tour of Lucca, wine tasing, thermal spa, Puccini opera, or an Italian language lesson! For our daily gentle yoga/meditation practices we will follow the ancient tradition of body/breath awareness in each pose, safely leading each student into their expression of pose by honoring and trusting the body's own wisdom.

I am a 200hour RYT, I received my yoga training in the Kripalu style of yoga and am currently studying for my 500hour RYT at Kripalu School of Yoga. I also have certifications in Therapeutic Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and a USUI Reiki Level I, II & Reiki Master. Our gentle and restorative yoga retreat is suitable for all levels and ages. We follow the ancient tradition of body/breath awareness in each pose, safely leading each student into their own expression of pose by honoring and trusting the body's own wisdom.
