Breakfast at the resort. 

Morning transfer from the resort to BATUBULAN village to visit Batik factory to see the making of Batik cloth painted, then proceed to CELUK Village, the silver & gold handicrafts centre. UBUD, the Home of Top Painters. Next we visit Ubud, and Monkey Forest Ubud the sanctuary or natural habitat of Balinese long tailed Monkey, after that, we continue to Ubud Royal palace, one of the most prominent places in ubud, as it is smack-dab on the main Jalan Raya ubud road and intersection. Then we drive to local restaurant to have lunch. 

After lunch we return to the resort.

Get ready for your 1st day of meditation.  Don't know how to meditate, don't worry, you will be taught individual techniques – such as mindfulness, or focusing your mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

A skill you can use for a lifetime

After meditation we start your Yoga session. If you don't know by now, Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. Yoga is the practice that aims to join the mind, body and spirit. The ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve liberation.

Then you enjoy breakfast.  Finally you are picked up from the resort and taken to Tanjung Benoa beach for water sports activities. Your package is inclusive of one banana boat ride, however you are welcomed to engage in various water sport activities that will be available for an additional fee such as such as jet ski, flying fish, snorkeling, sky tube, sea walker etc. After you've thoroughly enjoyed yourself  engaging in the water sports, enjoy authentic Indonesian food at a local restaurant. 

After lunch,  we will visit Tanah lot temple, enjoy the most beautiful temple and discover the iconic beauty of Tanah Lot at sunset. 

It will be finally time indulge in a delicious Indonesian cuisine before heading back to the resort for the night.

Let's practice what you learned.  Let's start the day with early morning meditation and a yoga session. 

After breakfast at your leisure, we will relax at beach side or enjoy at the pool. 

In the afternoon we will pick you up from the resort to enjoy some Indonesian cuisine at a local restaurant for lunch.

After lunch, drive to the beautiful Uluwatu Temple, which is perched 30 meters above the cliff facing the Indian Ocean, offering dramatic view of the surrounding areas. 

At 6:00 PM sharp, the Kecak Dance performance begins on a nearby stage with the setting sun as the background.  This event will be accompanied by the chanting of 50 male performers, the dance tells the love story of Rama and Shinta. 

After the performance we will stop at jimbaran beach for seafood dinner then Back to our resort we go.

enjoy early morning meditation and yoga session once again. 

After breakfast relax at beach side or enjoy at the pool. 

In the afternoon we will pick you up for a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.  

Finally the day has come to enjoy the spa center,  where a you'll experience a Balinese massage. You will have a variety of massage techniques to choose from.

Need to feel relax, need to feel energize, need deep tissue, we will have a technique for that.  After this blissful session you will be take back to the resort.

In the evening enjoy  an all white Gala dinner party at the resort.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your resort and be ready to take on the Thailand with your new relax, relate, release and rejuvenated self.

You will be taken to the airport for your flight to Bangkok.  Upon arrival a tour guide will meet you at the airport to take you to your designated hotel.

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by our tour guide and transfered to your hotel for check in. 

Relax for the rest of the evening.  Enjoy dinner at your leisure

After breakfast we will take a stroll on foot.  Take in the sights while witnessing the street vendors, blue and white color workers busily rushing to work and picking up some food for breakfast or lunch as they go. 

We will avoid the traffic by traveling by boat north to the old part of the city where you will begin touring the historical palaces and temples. Originally built by King Rama I, the Grand Palace served as the royal residence until 1946, today the palace is still used on certain occasions for visiting royalty or special guests of the Kingdom. Adjoining the Grand Palace you will find the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Keo), this is probably the best known of the royal temples. It is regarded as the most important temple in all Thailand and it is the venue of many of the numerous religious ceremonies in which the King participates, especially at the beginning of each of the three seasons when His Majesty personally changes the elaborate robes of the Buddha image, carved out of a single piece of emerald-green jasper.

Enjoy breakfast then grab your bags and let's say farewell to Bangkok.  You will be transported to the airport for your flight to Chiang Mai. 

Upon arrival in the Northern Capital you will be met with an English speaking tour guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in 

Enjoy lunch and dinner at your leisure.  Rest and get ready to explore Chaing Mai the next day
