· 12 pm - Lunch
· 1 pm-4pm - Free time, reflection, forest bathing (or you might like to go to wonderful hippy-dippy Shepherdstown)
· 4-5:15pm - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation
· 6:15 - Dinner
· 7:30 - Relax by the fire, catch a spectacular sunset, walk the property, connect with others, or enjoy quiet time
