About your trip

Your retreat includes 3 days and 2 nights at our luxe-rustic, 36+ acre organic farm that has been completely renovated into a gorgeous retreat center. We’ve named this farm Moon Meadows Farm as it describes our mission: nature as healing, food as medicine, the divine feminine which encourages all of us to be loving, kind, cooperative, receptive and creative. Our gorgeous yoga retreat center brings together luxury appointments with a focus on the healing power of plants and nature.


Health Coach, Ayurveda Practitioner and beloved yoga teacher, Suzanne Morgan, will guide you into a calming yoga retreat to help you reset your body and mind. This weekend retreat is open for individuals to join our small group or a few friends coming together. We can accommodate up to eight people, which allows you to have a peaceful experience and allows me to focus on you.


During your retreat, you will release anxiety and stress and awaken new levels of energy and vitality. You’ll return home refreshed and revitalized. This is an all-levels event -- beginners welcome!


Please note: For the safety of all guests and staff, we are only able to accept reservations from guests who are fully vaccinated. That allows us to have an event that is safe, mask-free and truly relaxing. We also require that each guest test for COVID prior to the event to maximize our safety. 


Are you coming from the Washington, DC or Baltimore area? It's about a 1.5-hour drive from downtown D.C. and Baltimore.


You'll have plenty of healthy, delicious food that supports emotional balance, resetting the body and clearing the mind. All food will be organic, and mostly plant-based with a possible fish or poultry entree one evening. Please let us know if you have any allergies or need any food accommodations.


Please see the sample agenda below (towards the bottom of the page). I’ve allowed plenty of time for you to read a book at one of our many wonderful indoor spaces, walk the 36 acres of land and connect with nature. 

How To Register

Fill out the registration form by first selecting your room type. Be sure to include your phone number. Let me know if you are attending by yourself - or coming with friends. I'll connect with you by phone to discuss your needs. Space is only guaranteed upon payment.

Cancellation Policy

No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. So it's imperative to protect your investment by purchasing trip insurance. We recommend purchasing trip insurance that covers any reason. 


We are a boutique yoga retreat center with limited availability. Guest cancellations have a huge impact on our financial well-being and we are not able to fill spots when guests cancel. Therefore, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. 


Cancellation Policy: 

👉 If you need to cancel more than 45 days before the start of the retreat, there will be a $150 processing fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your card.

👉 If you need to cancel 30-45 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the full cost of your spot.  

👉 If you need to cancel 15-29 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive a 25% refund of the full cost of your spot. 

👉 If you need to cancel 0-14 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive no refunds nor substitutions for future events.


In the event that we have inadequate participant interest, we reserve the right to cancel retreats with insufficient enrollment. In that case, we will fully refund monies paid.

What's included

3-Day/2-Night Stay

Immerse yourself in the beauty of our 36-acre farm. Walk our trails. Practice forest bathing. Enjoy our gorgeous labyrinth. Commune with animals and plants at our bird sanctuary.

Yoga Classes

3 yoga classes, all-levels welcome. I teach slow-flow yoga, hatha and yin. My style is accessible and permission-based, so that you can practice at a level that’s right for you.

Meditations

Several meditations will be offered throughout the weekend, including the deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra and a guided walking meditation at our labyrinth.

Activities

There is plenty of free time to read a book in our hammock, enjoy our fire pit, gaze at the stars or take a trip to nearby historical Shepherdstown to discover the hippy-dippy shops.

What's not included

Transportation

Participants are responsible for their own airfare and transportation to and from the retreat location.

Wine/beer/alcohol

You are welcome to bring wine, beer, or other alcohol. We cannot serve it as we do not have a liquor license. If you do choose to drink, please do so mindfully and with respect to the other guests.

Arriving & Settling In a Moon Meadows Farm

·  3 pm-4:45pm - Check in & relax

·  5 pm - All levels yoga (if everyone arrives by 4:45 pm)

·  6:30-7:30pm - Dinner with group

·  7:30 - Relax by the fire, catch a spectacular sunset, walk the property, connect with others or enjoy quiet time

Day 2 - Saturday

Going Deeper

·  7 am – Awake at your leisure. Coffee & tea is ready. Please enjoy silence until breakfast 

·  8 am - Breakfast

·  9:30am - All-levels yoga

·  11 am - Free time

·  12:30 pm - Lunch

·  1 pm-4pm - Free time, reflection, forest bathing (or you might like to go to wonderful hippy-dippy Shepherdstown)

·  4-5:15pm - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation

·  6:15 - Dinner

·  7:30 - Relax by the fire, catch a spectacular sunset, walk the property, connect with others, or enjoy quiet time

Day 3 - Sunday

Deep Happy Sighs

·  7 am – Awake at your leisure. Coffee & tea is ready. Please enjoy silence until brunch 

·  8 am – Guided walking meditation (meet up at our labyrinth) 

·  8:30 - Gentle Wake up Yoga 

·  10 am - Brunch

·  11am – Connect with others, enjoy the property, get our fabulous recipes, or go to the Shepherdstown farmer’s market 

·  1 pm - Departure
