Yoga Teacher | Travel Nurse | World Explorer | Retreat Facilitator
Radhika’s journey with yoga began at the age of 8, guided by the women in her family—her mother and aunts—who instilled in her the beauty and discipline of a practice deeply rooted in Indian tradition. Growing up in an Indian household, yoga wasn’t just a workout—it was a way of life, a philosophy woven into her upbringing.
To deepen her personal connection and share the healing power of yoga with others, Radhika pursued and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. Her approach to wellness blends traditional wisdom with modern understanding—nurturing not just the body, but also the mind and soul.
As a travel nurse and an avid adventurer, Radhika has explored nearly 50 countries. Her life has been a beautiful blend of healing and discovery—on hospital floors and mountaintops, in remote villages and coastal towns. Her love for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection led her to create retreats that combine her passions: yoga, holistic wellness, and immersive travel experiences.
This January in Costa Rica, she invites you to join her in reconnecting—with yourself, nature, and a like-minded community—as you begin a new year grounded in intention, joy, and vibrant health.
