About this trip

Join us for this unique 3 day experience held at Om Waters— a safe, sacred, healing space offered to dive deep into your inner wisdom. This is an opportunity to build the relationship with yourself, see how we are all interconnected, and to be immersed in nature's healing touch. This retreat has been carefully designed to be deeply transformative; to release, replenish and renew. It is also our hope that it will be a life changing experience for you! Throughout the weekend, we will weave together some of the most powerful healing modalities and tools available right now to address your Being. 


Systemic / Family Constellations: 
Discover and release what’s been holding you back from moving into your full potential, true soul expression. Though this modality, see hidden dynamics and unconscious influences, operating within the person and in the ancestral lineage. With the support of the whole group, ways will be explored that often help free up the issue and find the root cause of the problem— leading to huge shifts taking place.

TRE®: Tension / Trauma Release Exercises
Learn this revolutionary tool for tension release and how stress and trauma affect the nervous system and body. TRE consists of a simple yet powerful set of exercises that help re-initiate the body’s own mechanism of healing through body tremors. The tremors help lower the stress and tension held in the body, without the need for story, or re-living the original events, leaving us more relaxed, clear, grounded and at peace. A tool you can take home with you and use for life!

Innerdance Energy Work:
Connect deeper to your inner wisdom through accessing more of your right brain, intuitive knowledge. Using music, sound and other sensory input, you are guided into an expanded state of consciousness where insight and healing can occur.

Yoga & QiGong: 
Balance, centre and renew through these potent ancient practices.

Meditation: 
Meditations will be integrated throughout the program as a backdrop to create more presence, grounding and awareness.

Your Facilitators

Tammy Hayano is the creator of Hanuman Yoga Retreat. Originally from California, she has been an ex-pat in various countries, as well as a world traveler for the past 14 years. Tammy took her love of travel, teaching background, and interest in transformational experiences to start Hanuman Yoga Retreat. Since its launch in 2013, Tammy has led retreats in Bali, Thailand, Mexico, Hawaii, and California. Ciara Mc Ardle has worked extensively in the fields of Personal/Spiritual & Psychological Development for the past 16 years. She holds a HDip in Psychology, is a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Family Constellations Facilitator, Certified TRE® Provider, Innerdance Facilitator, and Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher. She also has trained in Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy, Shamanic Practices, Craniosacral Therapy, and Core & Cellular Transformational Healing. Ciara passionately and seamlessly blends her extensive knowledge and wisdom together to offer clients and groups a person-centered empowering approach. Good to Know!

  • Things to bring: bathing suit, towel, own water bottle to refill, bug spray, sunscreen, flashlight, layers for cool mornings/evenings.
  • Yoga mats will be provided.
  • Unlimited drinking water will be available. 
  • Please bring only natural toothpaste/toiletries. (Available on location if you need some. Waste water ends up back in the lake.)
  • Kayak and inner tubes available.
  • This is an alcohol and drug free retreat. (If you really need to smoke, there will be designated smoking areas away from the communal spaces.)
  • No WiFi. And please, limit the selfies. :) This will be a digital detox --amazing how we can breathe easier, be more present and unwind if we disconnect from our technology. If you need to have access for emergency contact, we will assist you.
  • Accommodations: There are 8 single beds on the platform, facing the lake, with every two beds partitioned by a curtain. There is also one double bed. 10 beds are located in the upper level. One double bed is also in the "bird's nest" attic, offering a beautiful 360 degree view of the lake. 
  • No yoga, meditation, or nature experience needed. All levels are welcome. All activities are optional.

Friday, Feb. 23, 2018:
8:30 am We will meet at Wawee Bistro in Chiang Mai on Ratchapakhinai Rd to board our transport (songthaew). The journey to Si Lanna National Park will be about an hour. We will then transfer onto a boat to take a beautiful 20 minute ride to Om Waters.
