Renew & Retreat is a two night getaway, taking place only 1.5h from Perth, in Dwellingup. Enjoy relaxing accommodation and a serene and natural forest setting. Allowing ample space for you to reconnect and retreat, escaping the day to day.

Featuring a vow renewal ceremony and photography session on the first day, you will be transported back to how you felt on your wedding day. Celebrating how far you have come together and the challenges you have overcome, perhaps the family you have built together, we have crafted the perfect weekend for you to renew your vows and relax into the retreat offerings.

Your heart needs this. Your body needs this. Your mind and soul need this.

You will feel the transformation as soon as you enter the world of the retreat. You will notice everything slow down, notice the nature around you and the beauty of your love. Renew & Retreat will be a recharge and celebration of your marriage. You will carry these feelings from the retreat and back into your life:

-         A renewed commitment to each other, sharing vows that encompass the life stage you are now in

-         A deep feeling of relaxation, including mementos to transport you back into the Renew & Retreat world

-         A deeper connection with your love

By making payment you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Deposit

A $1 000 deposit (per couple) is required to secure your place at the Retreat. The deposit is non-refundable.

Full Payment

Payment is required in full by 07/04/26. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in your place being forfeited. All payments are non-refundable.

Dietary Requirements

It is the Client’s responsibility to notify of any dietary requirements for either person in the couple, when completing the booking. Failure to do so may result in the requirement not being catered for.

Accommodation Preferences

Accommodation preferences in terms of house/chalet/room location cannot be guaranteed at the venue. We will do our best to grant any requests, however it will be up to Evolut Events to distribute the accommodation.

Accessibility

Clients are advised that at Noble River Estate most accommodations are accessible via stairs only. There is ONE CHALET that is wheelchair accessible, with the bedroom, bathroom and living areas on the ground floor.

The main Lodge where some activities will take place, is somewhat accessible on the lower level. There is ramped access to the deck, however there some doorways and thresholds into the building that are not wheelchair friendly.

Also be advised that the property is steep in some places and there is loose gravel. Evolut Events is not responsible for any injury or death at the venue or while Clients are attending the Retreat.

Damages

Evolut Events will take due care with people and their belongings. However we do not take any responsibility for theft, damage or loss of belongings, prior to, during, or after the Retreat.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in the areas designated by the Venue. In no circumstances are Retreat attendees to smoke outside of these areas or smoke or vape inside of a building.

Photo and Video

Photography and videography will take place to document the Retreat and for future marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or have videos taken of you please advise Evolut Events.

Hot Tubs

Use of the hot tubs is conditional to adhering to the requirements set out in the signage that will be on display at the Retreat. Including but not limited to: strictly no glassware (including bottles) to be taken into or placed on the edge of a hot tub, hot tubs are only to be used with the lighting in the area turned on and covers are to be secured immediately after exiting the hot tub. Any issues are to be reported immediately to Evolut Events.

Guests

Guests are not permitted in the accommodation or anywhere else on the grounds of the venue.

Babies at the Retreat

Evolut Events understands that babies need their parents and wishes to foster a space that welcomes this. Babies are permitted in the fully self contained chalet accommodation and on the grounds of the venue, provided an activity is not taking place. You need to organise a carer* to look after your baby while you are at these activities. Babies are not permitted at the following activities - vow renewal ceremony, yoga, couples massage or in the hot tubs. This is for safety reasons and to not impact the experience of other couples. Please liaise with Evolut Events to organise accommodation for your baby and carer.

*Carers are welcome to stay in your chalet, but they need to provide their own food. There is no additional charge for a carer to stay with you.

Cancellation by Organiser

Evolut Events has the right to cancel the Retreat due to but not limited to factors beyond their control, venue/supplier cancellations and minimum booking numbers not being reached. Clients will receive a full refund.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If there is an “act of God” or other force majeure event (wars, insurrections, pandemics), the Retreat will be rescheduled. All monies paid will be applied to the new dates. Should Clients be unavailable for the new dates, a credit or refund will be provided at Evolut Events’ discretion.
