About this trip

Retreat to renew your mind, body and spirit.  Busy days and lives can leave our reserves depleted , our minds foggy, and our intentions forgotten.  Through movement, meditation, community and solitude, let us reset our intentions for 2019, care for ourselves on a deep level and step forward with more clarity.  We escape to comfortable accommodations outside Stockholm, WI, overlooking Lake Pepin and sink into relaxation, learning and community.  Meals, accommodations and plans for the day are taken care of- all you need to do is show up.

Ingrid is curious about the paths to self actualization and transformation. She has processed this through single parenting, marriage, children, Spanish teaching and yoga teacher trainings to the 500 hour level. She has added strength practices, pilates and meditation to her learning and teaching. Ingrid believes it’s never too late, we all have things to learn and we all have something to give. Follow your inner compass, be intentional, have gratitude. These are the adages Ingrid routinely ponders, researches and aims to model.
