This weekend is all about replenishment and renewal. We will explore the beauty of slowing down, turning inwards and connecting to our inner vitality and sense of aliveness. This weekend includes intentional and soulful yoga practices, beautiful farm to table meals and plenty of time to soak in the beauty of nature in an intimate group setting.
Tentative Weekend Schedule:
Friday:
- Opening Gathering & Practice 4-6pm
- Farm to Table Dinner 7pm - homemade pizzas made in the wood oven!
Saturday:
- Morning Meditation and Flow 7:30-9am
- Farm to Table Breakfast 9:30am
- Down time / personal time
- Farm to Table Lunch 1pm
- Optional farm tour & wine tasting
- Afternoon Yoga class
- 7pm Farm to Table Dinner
- Bonfire
Sunday:
- Closing Practice Sunday morning 7:30-9:30
- Farm to Table Brunch 10am
About The Farm:
Be Love Farm is a family owned regenerative farm, where we welcome people to come, stay a bit, slow down, breathe fresh air, enjoy food from our garden and awaken to the sounds of farmlife rather than an alarm. We are a diverse example of what is possible on 21 acres, from cows and sheep, to olive oil, wine and most fruits and nuts. There is so much to see and learn about as you connect with nature and all the bounty it has to offer, while enjoying a swim, sauna or cup of coffee around a campfire in the morning or wine in the evening. Matthew and Terces (the founders of Cafe Gratitude and Gracias Madre) love sharing the farm with folks and hospitality is truly their gift. Covid 19 Protocols
A negative Covid test is required to attend this retreat. Please take a test within 48 hours of the retreat weekend and send test results to Lauren @ laurencohenyoga@gmail.com before the retreat begins.

All rooms have floor mirrors, and entrances from the front courtyard, where hammocks hang and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the gardens with all the birds. The views from the windows allow you enjoy the beauty of the farm. There are 3.5 bathrooms that are shared in the farmhouse.

The queen rooms give you a birds eye view of the farm. They are cozy and comfortable and also have private bathrooms, and air conditioning for the warmer summer months. There is a shared coffee bar area as well as a living room to enjoy.
The tiny house is set out in nature and has two queen beds (one is a loft bed). It is beautifully crafted and cozy. An outdoor fire pit welcomes you to star watch in the evenings before snuggling in for the night. Guests are invited to enjoy the outdoor bath house and sauna.
Luxurious and spacious, this is a private glamping tent with a cozy queen-sized bed, perfect for one person or two friends/a couple. The tent is located next to the wood-fired hot tub, amidst the trees.
