Flights/Transport
You are responsible for getting yourself to the Sky Rock Inn in Sedona, AZ. We recommend flying into Phoenix and renting a car- the drive is beautiful! We will help coordinate carpooling!

Meals other than breakfast and one group dinner will not be provided, but there are grocery stores and plenty of fantastic restaurants in town!

Settling In
We will arrive at our gorgeous desert hotel on Wednesday, September 23rd (we can check in at 4pm), so please plan to arrive after that. On our first evening together we will have a sunset yoga class and guided meditation on the patio.

Exploring Sedona
On Thursday, we will wake up and hit the trails. This morning we will go for a hike to explore some of the most famous landmarks in Sedona. Some of the places we will visit include Cathedral Rock and Devil's Bridge.

Lake Powell Day Trip
On Friday take a day trip to explore Lake Powell.

Lake Powell is a paddler’s dream. With the majestic canyon walls and incredible slot canyons, it is unlike anywhere else on earth. Antelope Canyon is world-renowned for it’s incredible slot canyon, but few have seen it from the water. We paddle from the Antelope Point Boat ramp into the canyon where you will be floating in a deep canyon with beautiful red cliffs surrounding you. This paddle is 6 miles total with a 1.5 mile hike.

After a full and fun day of paddling and hiking we will head back to our hotel to simply enjoy a little R+R. At sunset we will have a group acupuncture session led by Sara.

A Monumental Meditation
Today we start the day with an unforgettable meditation experience. We don’t want to ruin the surprise- but be prepared for a MONUMENTAL sunrise meditation!

Later today we will have a horseback adventure with a guided trail ride. We will be lead by a skillful Navajo wranger to some of the most spectacular viewpoints in the area.

We will have a yoga practice and group acupuncture at sunset and then head into town and eat at one of the many fantastic Sedona restaurants. .

Final Farewells
Sunday will begin with a yoga class, guided meditation and farewell breakfast. We will need to check out by 10am, so please plan your flights accordingly.
