About this trip
This retreat is primarily about reseting. If we don't choose to RESET we can at times run out of energy to simply START. Learning to RESET to RESTART can be a daily, weekly, seasonal practice designed to align with your own life. It can be utilized to navigate straight up crisis as well as just learning to cope better with every day navigation.
From yoga, to art....and all the other beautiful tools in between, expect to gather as women and learn from one another what works (what may not work) and celebrate where we are and where we are going.
Most of all, lets learn to truly and deeply allow ourselves to relax and let go.
Lodging
We have a lovely home reserved for ourselves in the nook of beautiful countryside Folsom, Lousiana all weekend.
The home is dressed in artistic flare and a loving home vibe.
Where you sleep 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath.
1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 double sofa bed.
Theres a large outdoor patio with fans for tranquil reading as well as a pond for relaxing and "reflecting :)"

This is shared bedroom is downstairs with a Kingsize Bed and full bathroom on suite shared.
This shared room & full bathroom is upstairs with a queen size bed.
This shared sofa bed is located in the downstairs entertainment room, a cute gathering space yet private. You have access to a half bath and will use the on-suite shower amenities.
