I absolutely loved this experience. Carol and Jorge are just the best people and honestly, it felt like the best investment for my Sunday. We did breathwork then an ice bath while dancing to Venezuelan music and then had a delicious meal afterrwards. Highly recommend for people wanting to meet a community of people who know that self-care and having fun don't need to be mutually exclusive. A magic experience.
