We’re so accustomed to treating rest as the gap between productive things that we forget rest is part of living, not an interruption of it.
Resilient Lotus is an invitation to remember.
For one weekend, there is nowhere else you need to be. Nothing you need to accomplish. You can move, breathe, laugh, eat good food, sit in silence, wander outside, take a nap, or let yourself be exactly where you are.
Because when we make space to rest, we make space to feel fully alive.
There is something powerful about stepping outside the rhythm of everyday life for a spell. Not to become someone new. Not to fix yourself. Just enough space to notice yourself again. What you need. What matters. What feels good. What you've missed.
Resilient Lotus is a weekend built around rest, connection, and belonging. We'll practice together, eat together, laugh, talk, spend time outside, gather around the table, and make room for the conversations and discoveries that can't be scheduled in advance.
You don't need to be an experienced yoga practitioner, a seasoned retreat-goer, or particularly good at sitting still. The practices are accessible and offered as part of the weekend, not as something you need to perform well.
You’re craving rest, but also something more: good conversation, laughter, reflection, and time that actually feels like yours.
You’re paying closer attention to yourself these days. To what matters, what does or doesn't fit, and how you want to move through your life.
You want to be around women who are doing the same — paying attention to themselves, to each other, and to how they want to move through the world.
You need room to explore without being told what you should discover, fix, release, heal, or become.
Something about this weekend is already making you think, “Yeah. I want that.”
