About this trip

What keeps our spirits resilient, even in times of stress and challenge? This retreat offers space to answer that question through reflection and sharing, music and silence, as we explore what helps us build resilience in our daily lives. The first full day offers programming related to resilience with Kiran Young Wimberly. Day two will be a dedicated retreat day for personal and group reflection - silence can be chosen if desired. Kiran Young Wimberly is a Presbyterian minister and spiritual director based at Corrymeela who will weave together music, prayer, sharing, and spiritual practices for resilience from the Celtic and Ignatian traditions. This retreat is open to people of a variety of religious or spiritual backgrounds.
