About this trip

A 5-day, 4-night private retreat to revitalize your physical and mental health for women with burnout and chronic fatigue.

Retreat Theme and Topics

The retreat is designed to nourish and support women of the world who are burning the candle at both ends, giving so much without receiving adn feel depleted.

As a gut health coach, I find that most women struggle with chronic fatigue and gut symptoms not because they don’t eat healthy or exercise but because they are constantly pouring from an empty cup.

During this retreat, as we head into fall and prepare for winter months, we will breathe new life into you with gentle movement, restorative practices and workshops to help you connect deeper to your body physically and mentally.

Discussion Topics

During this retreat, we will extensively discuss these topics"

  • Understanding burnout (how you got here)
  • Alignment with values (understanding your body’s cues signals)
  • Creating boundaries (integrating into life)

Your Host + Health Coach: Jaclyn Renee

Jaclyn Renee Velardo, Holistic Health Coach and Digestive Specialist. Her company, Jaclyn Renee Wellness, assists women in their gut healing journey using food and self-care as their medicine. She helps her clients peel back the layers of their symptoms most often starting with the gut, which she believes is the root cause of all disease. She uses her 4-step process called the Holistic Gut System to help her clients achieve relief in a 90-day transformation.

The trip from downtown Phoenix to Uptown Sedona takes two hours.

Workshops:

JRW daily workshops include connecting deeper to your inner peace, values and your boundaries to help you achieve harmony in your life back home. We will engage in exercises to help you identify and understand v=burnout and walk through these 3 elements; clarity, alignment and integration so you feel calm, lighter, stronger mentally and physically and go home having the tools to manage stress proactively in regular daily life.

This will help you have more balance in your day to day and step into your feminine so you don't burn out.

We will also create nourishing bonds and use human connection to renew our senses and re-calibrate your nervous system.

My husband and I had the most incredible experience in Sicily! Elisa and Joanne's passion for Sicily truly shone through every aspect of the trip, making it an unforgettable and authentic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. Elisa and Joanne's knowledge and love for Sicily were evident in every excursion, every meal, and every shared story. Their dedication to showcasing the beauty and richness of Sicilian culture made the trip truly special. One of the highlights of the retreat was the opportunity to meet amazing new friends. The sense of community that developed among us was truly heartwarming. We enjoyed delicious meals together, shared stories, laughter, and created memories that will last a lifetime. Overall, my time at the retreat in Italy was a perfect blend of relaxation, exploration, and connection. Thanks to Elisa and Joanne's passion and dedication, I not only enjoyed a beautiful trip but also made lasting memories and friendships.

This trip brought together so many of my passions and life pleasures - travel, meeting new people, health & wellness and cooking. But more than that, we truly were able to bring ‘La Dolce Vita’ into each day of the trip. Everyday was perfectly curated, but also flexible enough to go along with the flow of the group. Giovanna was a wonderful host and it was executed to perfection with Elisa.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the hosts of this extraordinary daytime wellness retreat. The experience we had was nothing short of exceptional, and we are deeply thankful for the effort and care that went into creating such a memorable event. From the moment we arrived at the stunning location, we were captivated by the sheer beauty and tranquility that surrounded us. It was a true sanctuary, providing the perfect backdrop for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. The day of wellness and activations was a delight for the senses. We appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into every detail, ensuring that we felt nurtured and supported. The hosts' commitment to our well-being was evident in the carefully curated activities and the genuine care they showed for each individual. The food served during the retreat was simply incredible. Lunch was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and prepared with the utmost skill and creativity. We were truly spoiled by the hosts' dedication to providing nourishing and delicious meals that satisfied both our bodies and souls. The qi gong and booty burn classes quickly became our favorites. The expert instructors guided us through invigorating sessions that left us feeling empowered and energized. Their passion and expertise were evident in every movement, making each class a true highlight of the retreat. One of the most memorable experiences was the healing breathwork and soundbath outside, surrounded by the embrace of nature. We were transported to a place of deep relaxation and inner peace, as we allowed ourselves to be carried away by the soothing sounds and the gentle rhythm of our breath. The hosts' commitment to utilizing the healing power of nature was truly remarkable. In conclusion, we want to express our deepest appreciation to the hosts for providing us with a transformative and unforgettable experience. The retreat was a testament to their dedication, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it. Thank you for creating a day of wellness and rejuvenation that exceeded all expectations.
