Paradise’s love of fitness and movement brought her to her yoga mat over 20 years ago. She discovered yoga’s benefits for both the body and mind, leading her to become a 500-hour registered Yoga Alliance instructor. Paradise combines energetic practices like Flow and Vinyasa with calming Yin and Restorative styles, creating well-rounded classes that foster a challenging yet nurturing environment. Her warm, welcoming aura empowers students to grow, encouraging playfulness, honesty, and enjoyment in their individual practices.

Paradise hosted a beautiful retreat filled with laughter, love, and wonderful women. The ranch is gorgeous and it was uplifting to practice yoga in the open air pavilion with the sounds of the birds, the horses and the gentle breeze. The accommodations are eclectic and super comfortable and clean. The chef provided simple but tasty food and it was lovely to end each day by the fire pit looking at the stars. I hope I'm invited back next year.

It was lovely. A sweet group of people, and Paradise did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable. I loved the yoga classes, and the location close to Austin. The food was okay. I liked the vegetables the first night, but wasn't crazy about the meat or the meat substitute (jack-fruit) the next night.

This retreat was beautifully curated. Paradise is an amazing hostess and I will absolutely take another trip with her. It was such a peaceful and relaxing weekend that provided the self-care I needed to recharge. I’m so grateful I was able to be part of this group.
