About this trip

Join us for an island getaway to recalibrate, rejuvenate, relax, and recharge. Casa Coco will be our private Carribean sanctuary for six glorious sunrises and sunsets. Our adventure revolves around self-exploration, shedding stress, making connections, and developing soul-care rituals. We will view the Great Eclipse together (eclipse glasses are included!) and use the essence of this astrological event as our inspiration and guide. Every part of this week invites you to listen to and honor your needs. We will sweep you up at the airport, and after a short drive and ferry ride, you will arrive on the majestic Isla Mujeres. Leave the rest up to us!

Here are the highlights:

We will offer two daily yoga classes on the outdoor yoga deck (palapa)

Enjoy three locally sourced gourmet meals and snacks daily, a private infinity pool, and an additional dunk pool in a quiet garden
Elegant eco-friendly accommodations
Beautiful ocean view yoga palapas
Expansive lounging spaces
Spectacular ocean views

Private beach

Paddleboards & kayaks at your disposal

Sunrise Excursion on the day of the Eclipse

Each morning, we will attune to ourselves and the day with an intentional yoga practice overlooking the ocean. Our evening practices will be inspirational and offer the opportunity to go deeper into the philosophy and psychology of yoga.  We may chant or tell myths, work with journaling prompts, dive into the mysteries of meditation, breathing, and learn how to reset or regulate the nervous system, and gain practical wisdom to enhance our health and well-being. Coral will share her insights and experiences gained over decades spent exploring yoga, philosophy, psychology, and more.

This week will stay with you for a lifetime.

We honor all levels. This week is open to everyone.

About Isla Mujeres

Isla Mujeres is a small island located only 8 miles off the eastern shore of Cancun. This picturesque Caribbean Island moves at an idyllic pace compared with Cancun, which you will feel crossing the bay.

With the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other, it's no wonder that Isla Mujeres is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You'll think you've found paradise as you enjoy the balmy temperatures and relax on the island's silky white sand next to the deep turquoise and blue waters.

At just over 4 miles long and only around 1/2 a mile wide, it’s a tiny Mexican outpost with a Caribbean flavor and a special place in Mayan history. Spanish for "Island of the Women", Isla Mujeres was so named because of the presence of female stone idols found in temples on the island when Conqueror Francisco Hernández de Cordoba arrived in 1517.

At the southern tip of the Island and the easternmost edge of Mexico lies Punta Sur, where the sun first greets the country each morning. These windswept cliffs are also the highest elevation on the Yucatán Peninsula. Here you will be surrounded by the remains of the ancient Mayan temple honoring Ixchel, the goddess of childbirth and medicine. Taking its cue from the temple, the Punta Sur Sculpture Garden was created in 2001, and artworks by both Mexican and international artists, created to reflect the great civilization of the past, are scattered across the bluff, making for majestic Insta-worthy views.

With some of the friendliest locals in the Mexican Caribbean.  Isla’s diversity, from the fishermen, artists, and musicians to divers, chefs and ex-pats, make up a community unlike any other. You'll have a chance to experience the easygoing charm of the people, mouth-watering Mexican cuisine, and local shops as you explore this most picturesque and peaceful paradise.

I am happy to say that I can't stop recalling the yoga retreat and am grateful for the reset. It truly adjusted my mindset. Wonderful yoga, experiences, people, food accommodations and setting

It was amazing to see 28 woman come together and reset their lives whether it was from the bonds that were created or the release of our emotions during our yoga sessions. The view alone was moving never mind the flow of the yoga class. Thank you Jill and Coral for giving us this opportunity to travel to isla mujeres!!! Xox
