This is not a packed, exhausting retreat. This is a nervous system healing experience.
Over 5 days, you’ll be gently guided out of stress, burnout, and over-functioning and into calm, clarity, and connection.

You will be picked up and dropped off at the Cobano Airport
We will enjoy 3 amazingly fresh, delicious meals
Morning and evening we'll have yoga classes that incorporate breath work and meditation
While we will have plenty of time to rest, we'll have rejuvenating outings
All afternoons are built for optimal rest. You can nap, get a massage, journal, hang out at the pool, walk to the beach.
To encourage deep rest in the evenings we will enjoy at least 2 sound baths

Hi, I’m Dawn! I hold a Master’s degrees in Counseling and Psychology and have over 25 years of experience supporting individuals as they navigate meaningful life transitions. My work integrates counseling and psychology principles, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry to help clients navigate change with greater clarity and self-trust.
I am also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with over five years of teaching experience, blending therapeutic insight with embodied practice.
As I have walked through the many ups and downs that midlife brings, I now enjoy focusing much of my work guiding people through periods of change, supporting them in reconnecting with purpose, resilience, and inner wisdom.
And yoga brings the ancient wisdom that supports this work beautifully!
