Those labelled women at birth are socialized to have what goes out exceed what comes in. We learn how to respond to the needs of others but may be confused about how to extend that same caring toward self. As a result, moving through life with a half-empty tank becomes the norm. 

The REST & RESET Retreat is an opportunity to relax, re-fuel, and re-orient to a more balanced way of being. You’ll spend time soaking in the beauty of the environment, connecting to your body through yoga and mindfulness practices, connecting with like-minded women, and expanding your connection to self through group process. 

You’ll leave with a full tank, greater awareness, and a greater sense of your worth. You will know what it feels like to receive and be empowered to implement practices to keep the process going.

This retreat includes a wonderful amount of time at the magical Mystica Lodge and also trips to the healing hot springs at the base of the majestic Arenal Volcano and to the luscious Playa Hermosa on the Pacific Coast for a beach day.

They are Authors of the #1 best-selling book ‘Real: The Power of Authentic Connection,’ Registered Clinical Counsellors, relationship experts, and workshop facilitators. Catherine co-founded Clearmind International Institute Inc., which provides personal therapeutic and professional programs throughout Europe and North America. Catherine is also the proud recipient of the Women of Worth Foundation ‘Leader of the Year’ award. She shares her struggles and wisdom vulnerably, with passion and humour.

Lori absolutely loves helping others relax into themselves, remember the Truth of who they are, and live their happiest and healthiest lives. Her path has been one of great healing and spiritual evolution, and it is such a joy for her to be able to lead Yoga based retreats in various gorgeous parts of the Earth and to witness her participants shift from stress and tension into lighter, more inspired ways of living and being. Over the years, she has evolved her work in the wellness field to include Healing Flow Massage, Reiki practice and teaching, leading Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin), and Empowerment Coaching based in her Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology. Lori is the author of 'Beauty's Way: Inspiration on the Path of Awakening' and 'Yoga: True Nature', and she leads a 12 week Divine Feminine Empowerment Coaching program called RISE.
