Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains, this gorgeous retreat home on Lake Hartwell is a perfect and picturesque location for girl time or some solo time. In addition to a spacious interior, this 4,000 sq ft home provides access to a private boat dock where you can cast a line or simply enjoy the views and features a wet bar, gorgeous fireplace, hotter, fire pit and kayaks as well as a beautiful deck.
This weekend will include daily Yoga, healthy prepared meals, time for R+R, classes in Ayurveda and a Full Moon workshop to support you in harnessing the power of the moons cycles to enhance your life.
With the moon’s alignment to the earth it allows you to release, cleanse and completes cycles, patterns and recurring situations. It’s a time where you can reset your course. Get ready to experience something special for this full moon!

Day 1
Upon arrival to our wonderful home away from home for the weekend you will be greeted by your hosts and given the opportunity to explore or relax while other guests arrive. A welcome reception of light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be available.
Day 2
Start your morning off with a gentle, beginner friendly yoga class that prepares you for a day. After yoga make sure to satisfy your stomach with breakfast. After some time relaxing let's take a short walk through nature. Free time in the afternoon to relax and enjoy the scenery. Afternoon Ayurveda workshop. The evening will consist of a meditation and intention ceremony.
Day 3
Preparing for the Full Moon. Morning gentle yoga. Light breakfast. Free time to set your intentions for the day. Afternoon workshop on the phases of the moon and how they affect us. Learn how to effectively use the moon phases to find your flow in life. Evening Full Moon Workshop
Day 4
The most gentle yoga class you could possibly think of. We will spend time stretching our muscles and inviting our mind to float on a cloud. Closing out our retreat with all of the new friends that we have made!
