This is your time to arrive at the villa, unpack, relax poolside, perhaps have a massage after a long flight and familiarize yourself with your gorgeous new home for the next 6 nights.

5-6PM

Refreshing drinks are served at sunset for your official welcome and orientation with your hosts and staff who will look after you for the duration of the retreat. Receive welcome packs and schedule spa treatments for the week.

6-8PM

A delightful dinner, prepared by the retreat’s private chef will be served. A chance to get to know your hosts, ask questions about the retreat, about Bali and meet the other guests with whom you will be sharing this transformative journey.

Bali Pilates Plus is an established & boutique Pilates Studio owned by Master Teacher Trainer Vianca Rechtman. We provide Pilates Classes and Private Sessions as well as Teacher Training Certifications and Wellness retreats. Our goal is to provide our Clients and Retreat guests with a wholistic, mind, body experience through the power of Pilates and bespoke wellness sessions Our Teachers are highly experienced with Comprehensive certifications Each Retreat is carefully curated to give you the space to workout, relax and re-charge.

I decided to develop myself as a Pilates master teacher trainer by taking the Cadillac/Tower, Barrels, and Wunda chair course. I choced the Bali Pilates Plus studio, which is the same place where I had my Reformer and Mat Pilates Certification. Vianca is a kind and great teacher. I learned a lot from her, and of course, I'm chocing her again to learn more about Pilates. Also, I'm learning a lot from Jessica through the online curriculum.
