This workshop was created to provide an opportunity to reset and reconnect with self and nature. We are delighted to offer a range of optional yoga, meditation and body work sessions throughout the weekend.&nbsp; Group Classes: Daily options for flow, meditation and fitness with members of our team. Soundbath Meditation:Go Deep. Join Soul City Founder Shanel Anderson for a powerful guided meditation and soundbath ceremony experience designed specifically to release blocks and inspire your higher self.&nbsp; Energywork/Private Sessions:&nbsp;Book a private Reiki session or 1:1 /small group Pilates Session with Amy Lefave. Hot Tub/ Sauna:Time Out. Enjoy a soak in the wood fired hot tub or Sauna provided by Native Sauna, available all weekend.&nbsp;

About Tops'l Farm:&nbsp;Tops’l Farm is a camp &amp; farm retreat destination on the banks of the Medomak River in Waldoboro, ME. Our 83 acres of pristine pasture and hearty woodland offer an idyllic setting for your unique forest escape. Lodging Options:&nbsp;Options for lodging on this retreat range from a true glamping experience in a cozy Woodland A-frame cabin, to a stay in the Farmhouse or Cider House for those craving more of the creature comforts. Each lodging option is available as private (just you), Private shared (you and someone you know) or single shared (you and someone unknown to you but equally cool).&nbsp; Please read and review the options carefully before booking.&nbsp; Food: All meals and snacks are included in your stay. Breakfast in the farmhouse and lunch will be casual offerings that you can enjoy in a group setting or take to eat quietly somewhere on the farm. &nbsp;Dinners will be in our event barn space &amp; shared. From the Tops'l Farm team: We source right here from our own gardens whenever possible and support a variety of local farmers and fisheries to cover the rest.
