Are you in the middle of a transition and feeling stuck?  Maybe you’re transitioning careers, relationships, family roles, hormonal changes, empty nesting, or transitioning into a new phase of your life.  Maybe you’re unsure of what it is, but you just know that something needs to change.  Maybe you find yourself asking “now what?’”  Or maybe you just need time to get away from the busyness of life.

What's included

Accomodations

3 nights of accommodations at Honey's Farmhouse. Shared bedrooms and bathrooms, 2-4 guests to a room.

Meals

Enjoy some nourishing and healthy meals to fuel your body and mind. All meals will be provided and will be gluten-free. Water, coffee, and hot tea provided.

Classes

Classes throughout the weekend include yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reiki. Yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters will be provided.

Welcome Gift

You will receive a welcome gift upon arrival.

5:00pm - Guests arrive and settle in

7:00pm - Dinner 

8:00pm - Restorative Yoga (studio)

9:00pm - Chill time, prepare for bed

Friday:

7:00am - Sunrise Yoga (studio)

8:00am - Breakfast 

9:00am - Farm History w/ Anna Chaney

10:00am - Breathwork Class w/ Trish Brewer (studio)

12:00pm - Lunch/free time

2:00pm - Chakra Opening (studio)

3:00pm - Free time

4:00pm - Ayurveda Cleanse Workshop and Kitchari Cooking Class

6:00pm - Dinner

8:00pm - Yoga Nidra (studio)

9:00pm - Chill time, prepare for bed

Saturday:

7:00am - Sunrise Yoga (studio)

8:00am - Breakfast 

9:00am - Free time

10:00am - Reconnect With Yourself Yoga Flow (studio)

12:00pm - Lunch/free time

2:00pm - Reiki (studio) and Mindful Walk

About your organizer

Jennifer Silliman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500), Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), and a Reiki Level II Practitioner. She is also certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness and Yoga Therapy for Mental Health, and Ayurveda.
