I am doing IT again!!! A week in Montezuma Costa Rica, doing what we LOVE, eating the HEALTHIEST meals and congregating with nature. This is a Retreat to remember!!!

Prices are IN and there are few changes from last retreat. I am actually quite EXCITED about the changes, because it will allow people to JOIN us, even if they don’t want to do Yoga, or ZUMBA® Fitness or anything else, but just CHILLAX in Paradise. There it be also the Debut of a Concept I have bee working on for a while and that i totally want to Guinea Pig on You. It is called Iara Flow and It is a 45 minutes "how to move like water" class that will Energise and Self-Teach a lot about the Body using Breathe and music along aromas to entice The senses. Also, retreaters will be able to add classes or excursions a La Carte, DOUBLE YEAY!!! Plus, NOW, we will have YOGA TWICE a day, YES, but, NO FRET, you don’t have to OM with me twice, you can choose to have just ONE Yoga class or none…YOU will build YOUR own RETREAT!!! I LOVE that!! Options, options!!! All about it!!

Costa Rica is the most peaceful and welcoming Country I have been to! There is no army, so, no wars, that, by itself says a lot! it is Magical and the Ticos and Ticas are wonderful people!!!
