Please note Soulful Yoga Retreats are limited in capacity to allow for a more personal and intimate experience. Due to the nature of planning international retreats for retreat leaders and participants alike, we have a strict no refund policy on any payments made. 

As unexpected events do occur, we strongly encourage participants to purchase their own travel insurance to ensure your trip fees will be covered should you need to cancel for any reason. It is best to buy travel insurance immediately after booking or at least within 14 days of your first retreat payment.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for inadequate participant interest prior to three months of retreat start date. In that case, all monies paid to Soulful Yoga Retreats will be refunded. Soulful Yoga Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses incurred outside of retreat payments.

Retreat Ranch is a 46 acre rustic ranch with free roaming horses and ranch animals just

outside of Austin in Marble Falls Texas. 

Please note the following:

The roads/walking paths are made of dirt and crushed granite so take note for uneven walking

grounds and dust/mud (if raining). Keep this in mind also for shoes/prep.

There are free ranging horses on site. Everyone is welcome to approach but take note they are

1200 lb animals so watch your toes and do not approach if not comfortable, do not feed them

or attempt to correct them (contact us if you have issues).

There will be a ranch map available for you at check in. Everyone is welcome anywhere on

the property, take note toward the back of the property is where the owners live as well as

their ranch and rescue dogs who protects the chickens and property (they are after the sign

that says warning, dogs). The ranch dog may approach you barking in warning, you can simply

greet her “hey Harley” and her small companion rescue dog Sage and she will be your best

friend. Our new puppy rescue in training, Bailey, the Great Pyrenees, will probably just

slobber on you. If you don’t feel comfortable with dogs do not pass the sign that says Warning:

Dogs. Otherwise you are welcome anywhere you want. At the goat pen and chicken coop are

treats you are welcome to give- they will love you forever! Note the goat pen fencing is

electric; there is a QR code to learn how to turn on and off the gate if needed.

Take note that along with ranch animals, there are other insects, bugs and animals native to

the hill country including scorpions and snakes during warmer months. Please pay attention

to your surroundings and report to Retreat Ranch staff any snake sightings. Do not approach

or feed the native animals (deer, armadillo's, etc).

Directions:

The address is 1643 County Road 403, Marble Falls TX 78654 (County Road 403 is also known

as Flat Rock Road). The maps will drop you at the service gate, please use the guest entrance

to the left instead, with the two flags and overhead sign, Retreat Ranch. Gate code will be

given to you by your coordinator/booking contact. Do not activate the gate when you are

coming in or out if you see the free ranging horses, instead call Retreat Ranch at 972-821-2494

so they can come move the horses. Follow the signs to 10 minute parking to get all checked

in. Once your car is unloaded you can move it to the main parking lot.

Pay in full or split up into 3 different payments -- Due 120, 90, and 45 days before the retreat start date.
