Join us for daily yoga asana classes, explore the beautiful land and sea, and allow yourself the time to reconnect to the joy in your life. Return home refreshed and grounded in simplicity to live a good life in 2018.
With nature and Xinalani taking care of the gorgeous setting and delicious food, it is Brette and Lisa’s intent to give you an exceptional yoga experience. With a shared appreciation for intelligent teaching and the good things in life, we will offer a variety of quality classes and plenty of downtime. Each morning we will sync up with ourselves and nature with simple pranayama and meditation. Late morning there will be an alignment based hatha yoga class thoughtfully planned with you in mind. Throughout the week we will explore a variety of postures and sequences intended to deepen your connection to your body and practice. In addition, many days, we will offer an additional class in the early evening with time to restore and reflect.
