Strengthen and stretch your body and your mind as Hally and Ella guide your Yoga, Pilates and Meditation practices--these three practices will facilitate a comprehensive, sustainable wellness routine that will enhance your life both on and off the mat.
Indulge in fresh, nourishing, sustainable & local food, explore the beautiful surroundings, take a dip in our private pool or relax on our private beach with your toes in the sand.
Luxuriate in opportunities for an oceanside spa treatment or opt to explore the surroundings with a local bike tour during your free time.
Connect with an inspiring group of women through meaningful conversations and belly laughs.
"Thrive with Hally’ does not offer refunds for the deposit for any reason. If you should need to cancel prior to the November 1, 2022 payment deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment. Should you need to cancel on or after November 1, 2022, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full. ‘Thrive with Hally LLC’ is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, positive covid test, extended lodging and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Start your day off right with a morning Yoga Flow with Ella.
Nourish with a hearty breakfast (great variety of fresh options including: green smoothies, coffee, tea, eggs, porridge, pancakes and more).
Take some free time to read by the beach, swim in the ocean, luxuriate in a massage/facial to the sound of the waves, deepen your practice with a Private Pilates, Yoga or health coaching session with Ella or Hally.
Strengthen and stretch during Pilates Mid-Day Escape with Hally.
Satisfy your cravings at lunch (local seafood, salad, nachos and more).
Opt for an excursion to the Pelican Bar, or the beach for a walking meditation and swimming, or a bike ride around town or schedule a private lesson with Ella or Hally.
Round out your day with a guided Mediation with Hally
