Experience five days of tranquility on the west coast of Mexico in the charming village of Barra De Potosi. We will journey through daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Your accommodations are just steps from the beach, with access to a pool as well.
Join us on a group boat trip to explore the nearby waters, an adventure included in your stay. You are free to use your down time however you’d like, with additional options to kayak through the lagoon or explore the vibrant city of Zihuatanejo. You’ll enjoy two hearty meals and two light snacks served daily. Your host, Keri Asaro (RYT 500), will be there to guide you and address any questions you may have.

Cost of airport tax upon arrival and/or departure (often included in price of plane ticket)
Additional accomodation bookings (such as hotel or hostel) for those arriving earlier or later
Kayaking and/or a day trip into Zihuatanejo are optional during breaks. Available at extra costs
