Join Lauren for a transformative, nourishing week at the idyllic and intimate Haramara Retreat center in Sayulita. Deepen your yoga practice, indulge in fresh, gourmet cuisine, unplug from technology and experience the magic of this sacred oasis nestled amidst the jungle hillside, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Each cabaña has its own unique and individually designed private bathroom with hot water, monogrammed towels and an open air shower with a view. Most cabanas have a private hammock as well. Please note that there is little access to technology at Haramara and all cabanas are open-air structures without electricity - you will fall asleep and wake to the sound of the ocean and use oil lamps and candles for lighting at night and in the early mornings. This provides a very unique experience to truly drop in and give your nervous system a reset, not to mention, Haramara's food is top notch, the yoga shala is magical and the grounds are truly majestic.
We will practice yoga 2x per day - practices include slow flow vinyasa, restorative, dharma talks and meditation.
