This retreat offers an opportunity to slow durn, turn in and cultivate embodied presence. Through daily practices, nourishing farm to table meals and time in nature, we’ll explore what it means to deeply care for ourselves and to live more freely and fully from the heart.

Cocoon Portugal is a 300-acre coastal farm less than 2 hours south of Lisbon. It’s a tranquil oasis that feels like home the moment you arrive. Here, you begin to enjoy the simple pleasures of living and being, immersed in nature and surrounded by beauty everywhere you look. We’re thrilled to share this hidden gem with you and to co-create a deeply nourishing, inspiring and joyful week together.

What's included

2x daily yoga classes

Vinyasa, Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga with dharma discussions, chanting and sound healing.

Farm to Table Meals

Meals are primarily vegeterian with the occasional fresh fish offering. Produce is from Cocoon or a nearby farm and everything is made with love!

What's not included

Airfare & Transportation

You are responsible for your individual airfare and transportation costs. We recommend at least a few guests renting cars to get to/from Cocoon and around the area. We will help coordinate carpools.
