Join Lauren Cohen and Emma Peck for an inspired week of yoga, meditation, sound healing and incredible farm-to-table meals on the beautiful coast of southern Portugal! As we embrace the autumn equinox and the shifting of the seasons, we’ll explore ways to nurture inner radiance by cultivating balance and grace in our everyday lives.
Cocoon Portugal is a 300-acre coastal farm less than 2 hours south of Lisbon. We're thrilled to be returning to this tranquil oasis; a space that feels like home the moment you step on the property. It is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of living.

- Farm to Table MealsMeals are primarily vegeterian with the occasional fresh fish offering. Produce is from Cocoon or a nearby farm and everything is made with love!

- Airfare & TransportationWe recommend guests renting cars to get to and from Cocoon. We will help coordinate carpooling for those that prefer not to rent a car. It us the best way to see the coast and get around!
