Retreat with Brinkela

Brinkela has been practising since 2014 and has been teaching at different studios and gyms over the years. She has been studying  Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, and has been teaching public classes as well as private sessions, workshops and retreats. She focuses on technique and alignment and she adapts the practice to each student, so they can progress safely through the Ashtanga series. She firmly believes that this practice is for everyone, and that anyone willing to put the work in is able to do it.
