A 3 Day Yoga & Meditation Journey in the Mountains of New England
OCTOBER 1-3, 2021
After more than a year of separation, isolation, elevated levels of anxiety, fear and stress, we have created an experience to come back together in a safe environment to practice yoga, meditation, and to be in the beautiful energy of community and nature at the height of fall foliage in New New England.
This experience is a homecoming, an opportunity for healing and reconnection with ourselves, each other, and all of Our Relations (the land, the elements, the animals, and Spirit).
We look forward to being with you in the beautiful mountains of Denmark, Maine.
Hosted by Nurture Through Nature.
Maine’s first Green~Certified earth~friendly retreat center, Nurture Through Nature, rests on 33 mountainside, forested acres in the heart of western Maine’s Lakes and Mountains region. We are a solar-powered, off the grid retreat with private hiking trails along our spring~fed mountain brook leading to long views of Mount Washington and the White Mountains.
Nurture Through Nature facilities are off the grid relying on solar power for electricity. We use renewable heating sources from local firewood—no oil/gas/nonrenewable heating sources are used for our 4-season facilities.
