Welcome to the 2021 Return to Royalty Group trip to Lagos Nigeria ( Spring Break Edition ) 

As an attendee you will be experiencing 9 days and 8 nights in the beautiful economic and cultural powerhouse of West Africa, Lagos Nigeria April 9th to 17th 2021.   On the 2021 trip you will have a chance to participate in the buoyant culture, traditions, shopping, food, history and exploding arts scene of Nigeria. This will truly be a trip of a lifetime and the Nigeria Blackout Team looks forward to hosting this journey for you.

The trip will take place predominantly in Lagos State which is in the Southwestern part of Nigeria.. Throughout the trip the group will travel to various parts of Lagos.

The  deposit  is 100 per person .  The deposit is on a first come first served basis as spots are very limited, The Buy in is NON Refundable.

4 Star Hotel American Branded Hotel   All pricing is based on double or single occupancy. All NBO attendees are required to stay at the host hotel with the group.

(Hotel will be revealed by January 2021  with itinerary)

The  hotel has a restaurant , pool. Free Wi-Fi .  bars/lounges, a 24-hour fitness center, 

Room Amenities:

All rooms offer free Wi-Fi and free wired Internet, plus 24-hour room service and LED TVs with cable channels.  

HOTEL DOES NOT ALLOW TRIPLE OCCUPANCY

Note: Rate is inclusive of full Breakfast, 5% Consumption Tax, 5% VAT and 10% service charges, WIFI.

If you do not have a roommate, our team can pair you at a rate based on double occupancy upon availability. Males will be paired with males and females with females unless specified.

 Everyone should fly out from the USA on Thursday April 8th 2020 and arrive  no later than 3 pm on April 9th 2020

PASSPORT :

A valid Passport is necessary for travel.

VISA:

Visa is required for entry into Nigeria for American passport holders. Holders of other passports should verify the visa requirements with the Nigeria Blackout staff. The Cost of a visa is approximately $270 ( Multiple Entry ) . Everyone will be provided an official letter in order to get a visa.

You must appear at a visa center in person to get your visa

Visa on Arrival service is available for $350 (One ENTRY)

VISA DEADLINE:

Everyone MUST apply for their visa,  make a in person appointment at an OIS service location or secure visa on arrival service  by March 1st, 2021. Those locations are in (New York, Houston, TX, Maryland and Los Angeles.
 

FLIGHT:

You will need your flight information prior to going to your visa appointment

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Everyone is REQUIRED to provide proof of travel insurance prior to departure. Please note your US insurance card is not acceptable as it does not include coverage for repatriation. Allianz is our preferred carrier.  Please note your insurance should include the following coverage at minimum.

(1) Emergency medical insurance abroad for minimum of $25,000 USD

(2) Emergency medical transportation for minimum of $100,00 USD

(3) Repatriation of your body should you perish

Our payment system is currently live! Payments are non refundable but they are  transferable until January 1st, 2021  
 

Installment plan
Reoccurring payments are available. Our installment plan agreement is based over four payments (single occupancy). There is a $100 fee for installment plan
 

There is a Installment processing fee per transaction.

An automatic charge of $20 will be added for LATE payments made after the scheduled installment date.  

Balances not paid in full by the due date is subject to cancellation and no refund will be given 

All money paid is nonrefundable but transferable until January 1st, 2021.  After that date you forfeit your spot.  You are required to get trip insurance for cancellation purposes. In case of natural disaster , pandemic or any reason that does not allow our group to travel on the date of the trip - The trip will be rescheduled for a later date .  NO REFUNDS only CREDITS will be offered 

By booking your trip with the Nigeria Blackout you are agreeing to our Media Waiver , release of liability, Release ,ravel policies and refund policy . These policies are non-negotiable. A copy of the policy is sent post booking.
